Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a fully remote basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and reputed company of our company's databases. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
• Scanning through information to identify pertinent details, correcting errors, and organizing the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing
• Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases
• Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
• Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval
• Handling additional duties from time to time as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field (data entry, administration, or customer service)
• Excellent command of English language
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Word and reputed company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and reputed company accurately with adequate speed
• Proficient touch typing skills
