As we expand, we’re seeking skilled subcontractor Virtual Assistants with 20–40+ hours of weekly availability to join our dynamic team. Role Overview We’re looking for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to manage a variety of administrative tasks and, for some roles, creative projects. You’ll work directly with clients, ensuring their backend operations run smoothly through exceptional task management and customer service. This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards. This is a 1099 subcontractor position. Core Responsibilities

  • Manage client inboxes and calendars with precision.
  • Conduct research and compile basic reports (e.g., weekly tasks, deliverables, sales).
  • Handle invoicing and expense tracking.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including proofreading expertise.
