Computer Requirements
To reputed company this role, you will need to have your own PC/Laptop (Windows 10 or 11) with at least 8GB of RAM storage, a wired USB headset, webcam, and high-speed internet access. Please note that Chrome books and Mac PCs are not accepted.
Job Purpose
The Customer Care Specialist serves as the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support across various touchpoints. This role requires a wide range of responsibilities, including managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script-reputed company tasks. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be expected to handle each interaction with care, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail, working in a fully remote environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Answering calls and communicating clearly and reputed company to ensure that clients fully understand the information provided
- Utilizing our platform effectively to manage incoming calls and ensure accurate and efficient handling of reputed company inquiries
- Providing comprehensive support to callers by understanding their needs, answering their questions, and providing accurate information

- Maintaining proper procedures for every account, ensuring timely and accurate dispatching appointment booking
- Delivering great customer experience while reputed company processing reputed company appointments
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, promoting a positive and professional customer experience
- Quickly assessing and understanding various caller situations, demonstrating reputed company and problem-solving skills to address their needs

Required Skills and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Call Center, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening
- Service-oriented and able to discern the caller's reasons
- Proficient with Amtelco platform, and/or able to learn reputed company

- Remote Work Discipline: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment with high dependability
- Disciplined in a remote environment, with a demonstrated dependability

Education and Experience
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Prior Call Center Experience: Preferred, but not required
