We are looking for an analyst to join our Advanced Customer Analytics team, working with partners across Fan Duel to understand the "why" behind customer actions and reputed company targeted approaches to enhance engagement and loyalty.   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and product, to understand business needs and reputed company analytics solutions to address them.

  • 3+ years' experience in an analytics role preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis.

  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, with a track record of creating impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders across marketing, product, and reputed company / business teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM processes, tactics (e.g., email, push, SMS, in-product) and platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company) and/or direct experience with CRM analytics, lifecycle marketing, or audience strategy a plus.
  • Experience analyzing customer data for the purpose of segmentation, behavior tracking, and predictive analytics.
