Job Summary: As a key contributor reputed company the Network Strategy & Product Solutions team, the Business Analytics Advisor will spearhead analytical efforts to quantify, demonstrate, and communicate the value of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Utilization Management (UM) solutions across the reputed company. This role is responsible for developing and applying actuarial methodologies to evaluate program performance, support strategic decision-making, and guide the reputed company of EHR and UM initiatives. The Business Analytics Advisor will work independently and cross-functionally, translating reputed company data into actionable insights that drive affordability, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Value Measurement & Impact Analysis

• Design and implement actuarial frameworks to measure the financial and clinical impact of EHR and UM programs.

Strategic Decision Support

• Build and validate business cases for EHR investments in collaboration with finance, product, and clinical teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field.

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company required; experience with Python, R, or SQL is a plus.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
