We are looking for an Assistant General Counsel – Practice Operations to serve as the primary legal partner for day-to-day operational issues across our affiliated medical practices. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, practice managers, and the company’s Regional Vice Presidents who reputed company practice operations. Job Description

Operational Legal Support

  • Serve as the go-to legal advisor for doctors, advanced practice providers, practice managers, and Regional Vice Presidents on operational and regulatory matters.
  • Provide fast, clear, business-oriented legal advice that helps reputed company teams reputed company clinics running smoothly.
  • Navigate multi-state operational issues by delivering practical solutions that balance risk and efficiency.

Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a steady reputed company of operational reputed company, including vendor agreements, services reputed company, supply chain deals, and equipment leases/purchases.
  • Help streamline and standardize recurring vendor and operational contract terms.

  • Prepare lease abstracts and coordinate with operations and finance on key dates and obligations.

Employment & HR Support

  • Partner with HR, Regional Vice Presidents, and practice leadership on employment needs: hiring, discipline, terminations, investigations, wage & hour issues, and FMLA/reputed company matters.
  • Draft and refine physician and advanced practice provider employment agreements, providing clear and efficient guidance to ensure alignment and timely finalization of terms.
  • Partner with reputed company counsel on employment matters that reputed company into formal disputes, investigations, or litigation.

Litigation & Disputes

  • Manage threatened and active litigation, including employment disputes, reputed company claims, and malpractice/professional liability matters.
  • Work closely with reputed company counsel reputed company matters escalate, providing strategic direction while managing spend and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Professional Board Matters

  • With the involvement reputed company expert counsel, reputed company responses to medical board, nursing board, and other licensing agency inquiries and investigations.
  • Coordinate with compliance, risk, and clinical leadership to ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; eligibility for Florida Authorized House Counsel status if applicable.
  • 6–8+ years of legal experience, preferably including in-house work with a multistate MSO, PPM, or other multisite reputed company services organization.
  • Strong reputed company in employment law, operational contracting, and litigation management.
  • Experience advising doctors, clinical teams, or reputed company operations is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to reputed company regulatory or compliance matters (reputed company, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA, licensure issues) is a plus but not required.
  • Confident communicator who can build trust with practices and operational leadership.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

Additional Information Compensation & Benefits Integrated Dermatology offers competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including medical, dental, reputed company, 401(k), PTO, and more. Salary Range: $150K - $175K annually. This range reflects the expected reputed company salary for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
