Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative – Phone and Online Chat Support (Work Remotely), you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Answering customer inquiries about products, services, and company policies
- Processing customer orders and returns
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
