Job Posting – Project Scheduler (Stadium Projects | Fully Remote) Join a globally respected construction consultancy supporting high-profile stadium builds across the U.S. We’re hiring a Project Scheduler with deep experience in stadium construction to reputed company scheduling efforts for large-scale sports facility projects (MLS, NBA, NFL). This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on some of the most exciting builds in the industry. About The Role You’ll reputed company and manage detailed project schedules using reputed company Project, collaborating with project managers, design teams, and contractors to ensure alignment with milestones and contractual obligations. You’ll track reputed company, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies while supporting change management and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler
• Experience working on stadium projects (MLS, NBA, NFL)
• Proficiency in reputed company Project
• Strong understanding of construction reputed company, CPM, and earned value analysis
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with general contractors, owners’ reps, and consultants
• PMP or CPM certification is a plus
