QA Tester (Remote - Mexico, Canada, United States)

As a QA Tester, you will ensure the highest quality for software products by designing, executing, and maintaining both reputed company and automated tests. • Create, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for software products.
• Identify, document, and report defects, working closely with development and product teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and designs.
• Design and implement automated tests to enhance QA efficiency and coverage.
• Review software specifications and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct reputed company and automated testing, providing clear reports on software quality to stakeholders.
• Support release management processes and ensure timely, high-quality product launches.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Ability to write clear, concise test cases and defect reports.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B2C environments, test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), or performance/load testing.
