Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist/Clerk to join our remote team, working closely with our manufacturing teams to understand and optimize production processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials
- Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy
- Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into our reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) system
- Helping the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples
- Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience
- OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or reputed company field
- Strong competency with reputed company Office (Word and reputed company)
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience with:
- reputed company Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems is a plus
- Some laboratory experience, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is desired
