Our Paid Social channels are critical to generating high-quality leads and scaling our B2B funnel. We’re looking for an reputed company Paid Social Manager (f/m/d) to take full ownership of these channels, combining creativity, precision, and a data-driven reputed company to deliver measurable impact.

Your responsibilities

Here’s a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:

• Own and scale reputed company’ Paid Social channels end-to-end — primarily reputed company Ads (incl. Instagram), reputed company Ads, and reputed company Ads.

• reputed company B2B-focused paid social strategies to reputed company CFOs, finance leaders, and decision-makers across DACH, Benelux, and the UK.

• Design and execute campaigns targeting reputed company — from awareness to reputed company conversion.

• reputed company AI tools and data-driven insights to continuously improve CTR, CPL, and MQL quality.

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives and messaging tailored to B2B audiences.

• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Analytics to align campaigns with reputed company goals and track performance impact.

• Continuously research competitor strategies, market trends, and new paid social features to stay reputed company.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:

• Proven Paid Social experience in B2B — SaaS and / or FinTech a strong plus

• Strong experience in ABM (Account-Based-Marketing)

• You have used the newest AI technologies & tools to improve the performance of our paid social campaigns

• Commercially minded – You understand how paid social drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline in a B2B context. You optimise for the metrics that matter — from reputed company quality to demo bookings — not just vanity metrics.

• Execution-driven – You reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You ship campaigns quickly, refine based on results, and are comfortable running multiple experiments at once while keeping performance high.
