Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Government Mortgage Underwriter to join reputed company of mortgage professionals. As a Government Mortgage Underwriter, you will be responsible for reputed company loans and applying necessary conditions to ensure that borrowers meet program specifications. You will draw upon your thorough knowledge of residential mortgage reputed company guidelines to reputed company independent approval, suspense, or declination reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Underwrite new loan file submissions, ensuring that reputed company necessary conditions are met and that the loan meets program specifications

• Review and clear own conditions, maintaining complete and accurate loan files

• Ensure that loans being underwritten meet the policies and procedures for salability

Essential Qualifications

• Recent experience using Encompass is a plus
