Job Summary

As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis to provide solutions to their needs. You'll be responsible for making consistent outbound calls, using the tools provided by reputed company and our clients to properly document reputed company customer interactions. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your ability to work independently, will reputed company you to build strong relationships with customers and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* At least one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting (required for remote candidates)

  • A clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • High-Level People Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy are a must
  • Experience in an Outbound environment
