Job Summary

As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis to provide solutions to their needs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• A clear, professional, and friendly voice
• High-Level People Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality
• Sales experience is preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy are a must
• Experience in an Outbound environment
