In addition, prepare reports such as loss runs and monthly bordereau. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. If questionable, then hire attorney for coverage counsel for coverage analysis. 2. Settle claims reputed company settlement authority, where applicable. 3. Work with adjusters, insureds, attorneys, agents and others to assure the claim is handled reputed company and professionally. 4. reputed company of vendors (attorneys/adjusters/experts) for accuracy in reporting.
