Job Description

The Vice President, Field reputed company Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s field reputed company and to the Director of reputed company. This role encompasses the transformational aspect of reputed company resources functions including team member acquisition, engagement, talent management, retention, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. The Vice President, Field reputed company Resources is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating policies, practices, and procedures that are both people first and legally sound.
