Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers reputed company phone, email, or chat to address a range of topics, from product inquiries to issue resolution.
• Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-reputed company as needed to ensure contact resolution.

Essential Qualifications
