Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Researching and resolving issues reported by clients' end-users reputed company phone, email, and chat support
• Managing and maintaining a test lab of devices running services to be used for reproducing customer issues
• Documenting reputed company information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
