Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing timely, effective, and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries. You'll be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our customers is exceptional, and that we're consistently delivering on our promise of outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls, providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and suggest products and services that meet those needs
  • Maintain and modify customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and/or re-orders
  • Resolve product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering reputed company customer experience
  • Consistently ensure delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

Education and Experience
