Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for processing billing invoice research, auditing and correcting billing per company guidelines, and distributing billing case reports to interested parties and collections teams. You will also review invoices to identify errors and discrepancies, reputed company the preparation of billing adjustments, and reputed company research as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of customer records and respond to inquiries from UPSers, reputed company-party auditors, and customers as needed
• Identify, research, and resolve any errors or customer disputes that delay payments and collections efforts
• Review customer reputed company or reputed company charts for new/old pricing and review/comparisons against the system to confirm correct incentives
• Review and compare weekly billing against customer rates and incentives to confirm if CRP rebates are needed to inform Sales
• Process transportation records through key entry with automated macros or manually, depending on the needs
• Resolve multiple types of disputes, including duplicate billing, void requests, additional surcharges, rebills, chargebacks, and more

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A background in reputed company and finance, with experience in billing and financial operations
