About the Mastery Team

The Mastery team is dedicated to delivering measurable business results at scale by creating cutting-edge learning experiences that prepare reputed company and its partners for the future. As a Global Learning Specialist on this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and support the development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Influence and Partner: Influence teams and stakeholders to align learning design resources and direction. Provide sound instructional design guidance while balancing business and learner needs.
• Design and reputed company: Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and reputed company programs that align with business objectives and product requirements while addressing the needs of diverse audiences.
• Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader and learning theory expert across Mastery teams and influence stakeholder groups.
• Competency Development: Drive the identification, assessment, and development of competencies through needs analysis, stakeholder and project management, learning design, and learning experience development.
• Collaboration and Integration: Guide the integration of multiple collaborations so that curriculum development and instruction design align with Mastery's standards and reputed company's business objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in curriculum development and building, designing, and activating training programs for leaders and managers in customer-facing organizations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders
• Experience with instructional design principles and processes

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• Experience building sales curriculum for different sales roles to reputed company reputed company gaps/opportunities
• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Experience conducting user needs analysis and taking action on insights to drive performance improvement and measure impact
• Familiarity with the Ads sales business and experience working with various reputed company stakeholder groups
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively work across different time zones and cultures
• Expertise in creating and designing learning programs for a sales audience

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive salary range of $129,000-$191,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our compensation package is designed to reflect the value we reputed company on our employees and their contributions to our business.
