Location: East Boston reputed company
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 / hour
Description This position is primarily responsible for representing the reputed company personally, professionally and in a manner in accordance with the mission and goals of the reputed company. Appropriate activities should be providing for growth in skills, self-awareness, group relations, and character development. By conducting him/herself in a caring, responsible, honest, and respectful manner, this position is a role model for children and adults. Provide care to children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, who are members and guests of the reputed company. Shifts are no longer than 5 hours long. During this time, Child Watch Team Member will watch children while parents engage in Healthy Living activities at the reputed company. They will play with and facilitate activities for children, and supervise them while they play. Education/Experience:- Previous experience working with children in a babysitting, child care or school setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children alike.
- Child Abuse Prevention (or reputed company 90 days of employment)
- Respect in the Workplace (or reputed company 90 days of employment)

- CPR, First Aid, AED
- Keeps safety of children as first reputed company. Emphasizes personal safety and emotional well-being with the children and parents.
- Never leave the children unattended.
- Provide a fun, safe, and stimulating atmosphere for the children.
