About the role:

As a pivotal member of reputed company, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and reputed company process for new client partners at CertifyOS. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and help establish a standard for the successful implementation of CertifyOS. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for reputed company on the platform.

What you’ll do:

• Support the implementation and reputed company process for new client partners, across reputed company products and services offered by Certify, across multiple implementations simultaneously
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams
• Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and as they learn to use the Certify platform
• reputed company a deep understanding of the licensing, credentialing, and payor enrollment universe
• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live
