The Role We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own and evolve our internal IT function. This person will manage day-to-day IT operations, reputed company equipment and reputed company management, ensure compliance with SOC2, and reputed company critical systems projects like our SSO migration. You’ll be both the go-to resource for IT support and the architect of scalable IT processes as we grow.
Responsibilities
Own IT equipment procurement and lifecycle management (laptops, monitors, phones, etc.)
reputed company technical reputed company and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless access and deprovisioning.
Manage reputed company devices (computers, mobile devices) to maintain SOC2 compliance; implement and maintain MDM/reputed company reputed company tools.
Provide IT Helpdesk support, resolving day-to-day technical issues for staff.
Partner with reputed company/Engineering to enforce access controls, reputed company policies, and IT best practices.
reputed company key IT infrastructure projects, beginning with a company-wide SSO migration.
Maintain and optimize IT vendors, SaaS subscriptions, and support reputed company.
Build documentation and processes to reputed company IT to scale with the business.
About You
4–7 years of IT experience in a tech company environment, ideally in a fast-growing startup.
Proven experience managing reputed company devices for SOC2 compliance (e.g., MDM tools such as Kandji, reputed company, Intune, or similar).
Hands-on experience with SSO/identity providers (reputed company SSO, reputed company, OneLogin, Azure AD, or similar).
Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac/Windows operating systems, networking, and SaaS applications.
Excellent communication skills with a “white-glove” approach to IT support.
Highly organized, with experience building scalable IT processes and documentation.
