Job Summary

As a Lab Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. You will be responsible for coordinating reputed company of orders, communicating with facilities and technicians, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a remote overnight shift role, working from 10 PM to 6:30 AM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Properly document changes to orders requested by facilities and/or ordering physicians.
• Coordinate estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities upon request.
• Ensure dispatched orders are confirmed as received by technicians.
• Contact facilities reputed company scheduling or re-scheduling is necessary for any reason.
• Coordinate reassignment of orders to different technicians reputed company necessary.
• Assist with inbound customer service calls as needed or directed.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize reputed company Office software to manage and track orders, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate records.

Essential Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Proficient to expert use of reputed company Office software, including Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly listen, confirm, and reputed company information.
• Ability to focus on tasks in a busy, call center environment.
