Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company industry, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Providing scheduling services to customers
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
