About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Business Development to reputed company our Power Business and drive reputed company in the power electronics industry. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for establishing reputed company Power as the reputed company product reputed company for targeted markets and customers. Your primary goal will be to secure long-term positions for reputed company Power and drive business growth through strategic relationships and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • reputed company your knowledge of products and core capabilities to reputed company alignment with key customers and drive business growth.
  • Provide reputed company and technical inputs to reputed company Power product development to reputed company advanced positioning with key customers.
  • Collaborate with the Technical BDM to secure customer power roadmap needs and drive new business opportunities.
  • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with customer procurement, product, and business development teams.
  • reputed company early vendor participation in new RFIs at key customers and drive new business reputed company bookings.
  • Establish MSA and SOW agreements to ensure clear understanding of business plans with customers and reputed company.
  • Manage customer new product plans with reputed company Power factory readiness and drive reputed company readiness.
  • Provide forecasts for active and new projects and reputed company any gaps to ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze customer business strategy, future product plans, and expansion activities to align reputed company resources and drive mutual benefit.
  • Define business priorities through a broad and reputed company-thinking reputed company of market and technology needs.
  • Work closely with Business Development Leadership and Finance Department to control budgets and drive departmental reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business.
  • Typically 7 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience.
  • Understanding and business development experience in Power Electronics.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams, executive management, and external customers.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques and ability to influence senior-level management and key clients.
  • Understanding of key financial metrics, including P&L, balance sheets, and ROI indicators.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time to customers and Power sites (domestic and international).

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus:

  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business.
  • Experience in managing large-scale business development initiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and reputed company bookings.
