About the job
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimise data models (reputed company, integration, data warehouse, and data marts).
- Define and manage data architecture for reputed company transactions (claims, members, providers, enrolment, etc.).
- reputed company conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create scalable, standardised models to support analytics and reporting layers
- Ensure data reputed company, stability, and reputed company across databases.
- Establish and enforce data modelling standards and best practices.
- Create and maintain metadata management and data governance.
- Integrate models with external systems/databases using HL7, X12, 5010 standards where relevant
- Optimize and tune data models for performance.

- Conduct data model reviews and provide feedback for improvement.
- Document and communicate data models and their specifications.
- Use data modelling tools and software for model creation and management.
- Stay reputed company with industry trends and emerging technologies to reputed company data models updated.
- Communicate and reputed company modelling reputed company to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure models support compliance and regulatory requirements for reputed company data.
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of the reputed company domain (claims, eligibility, enrolment, providers, members).
- Hands-on experience with data warehouse design, integration models, and data marts.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems like reputed company, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Strong SQL, ER modelling, and conceptual/logical/physical model creation.
- Experience with data modeling tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin, or PowerDesigner
- Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.

- Familiarity with industry standards (HL7, X12, FHIR is a plus).
- Background in data governance and data quality concepts.

- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
- Several years of experience in data modeling or reputed company roles.
- Proficiency in data modeling techniques and methodologies.

- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
